Tenant screening provides you the security of knowing the history of each tenant we place as well as if they have past challenges paying bills. We screen every applicant and make our approval decision based upon real-time reliable criminal checks, identity verification, and financial background checks.

  • Tenant Login - Tenants can login to make payments or view their payment history and set their email preferences.

This includes a review of expectations for both the tenant and the management during the application process, lease signing, and throughout the rental agreement. No surprises means no headaches.

  • Online Login – You will receive a login via the owner portal to view the property performance, see up to date accounting along with notices of past and upcoming move-in and move-out events.
  • On-Demand Reports - Owners may generate accounting financial statements at any time through the online login or by request. No more waiting for year-end forms or current progress. Just one click and you are on your way.
  • E-payments - At the end of each period, we automatically credit your bank account via ACH payment so you can enjoy the benefits of real estate ownership… without the hassles.
Property Maintenance/Remodels

Indy Rent Manager self-performs all aspects of the management process. This includes property maintenance and even complete renovations. Our team of qualified individuals are ready to take care of all your property maintenance needs. No waking up at 3 AM to fix toilets. We are always ready to solve issues, no matter the scope.
